Doctors have told the former Big Brother star that she must have a hysterectomy and intensive chemotherapy, which will hopefully kill off her cervical cancer.
However, mum-of-two Jade will first have tests to see if it has spread - and if it has she may only have a 50 per cent chance of survival.
"They told me about the worst-case scenario - where I might not even survive 10 years. I'm all over the place. I can't stop crying," the Mirror quoted Goody, as telling a pal.
Jade was devastated by the latest warning, but is determined to fight on - and has vowed to adopt after she has beaten her cancer.
"It was even worse than I was expecting. But I know I have to get through this,” Jade told the pal.
"I have now had to give up any hope of having children, but I am already thinking about adopting," she added.
