 'Tahaan' directed by Santosh Sivan, a story of eight year old boy in militancy-ravaged Kashmir, has been invited to as many as eight international film festivals.
'Tahaan' directed by Santosh Sivan, a story of eight year old boy in militancy-ravaged Kashmir, has been invited to as many as eight international film festivals.The film has been selected in the competition section of the prestigious Rome International Film festival beginning from October 22, CineKid International film festival (October 23) in Amsterdam, Amazonas film festival (November 11-15) in Brazil, Dubai International film festival (December 2008) and Stockholm international film festival (March 2009) in Stockholm, a statement by the production house IDream Productions said.
Besides this, ‘Tahaan’ has been invited for official selection at the Pusan International film festival (October 8) in South Korea, BFI London International film festival (October 15-30) in UK and Palm Springs International film festival in the US next year, the release said.
